About Me:
I am an experienced administrative assistant in several business industries including telecommunications, life and health insurance, and start up small business. I have exceptional Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills and have excellent organizational skills that ensure my work is timely, of high quality, and as close to perfect as possible. I tend to be meticulous and planned and have the ability to keep my work orderly. I am diligent about being thorough and am exceptionally good with details and deadlines. I am a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) where I currently serve as community service committee chair, have written several newsletter articles, and have served on the Open House Committee for the 2008 Missouri Division Conference. I have also served on a previous employer's Administrative Professionals Community of Practice group where I led a new administrative handbook initiative and served on an IAAP initiative committee. I am currently working on an office improvement committee at my current employer and running this year's office United Way Campaign.
