They do not praise for a job well done. They have raised the work load over 100% from what it was when I started with them. There are no bonus, rarely a raise and if you do not give to the firm's favorite charities it is noted in your personnel file.

Employer is great in law, but poor in anything else.

No stability. No job security.No pension or long term benefits to secure retirement. No equal opportunies. Only hires young & good looking employees. Large turnover.
