CSHRA may be a small NPO, but it has the leadership and opportunity for growth of a large company. The staff are like a family that take care of one another and want each other to succeed.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Be ready to work on a variety of projects - from grant-writing to policy briefs. You should have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a small office.
