They are a great retail company that is hidden because it is foreign to those who are not aware of maternity apparel. The pay is above average and you gain a lot of responsibility to gain experience for higher levels of management. The company promotes within, so if you are above and beyond company standards, you will stand out and be rewarded.

Advice for prospective applicants:

This company is a great transition for those that want to go from regular retail to a more prestige level of customer service. If you want a clock-in/clock-out type of job, this is not the company for you. If you want to be seen as a responsible and independent work leader, this is your transition.

I feel Motherhood is a good place to advance because I was an assistant manager and after two years became the store manager.
