I have a friend that used to work for this company. Though she enjoyed being an admin there, she didn't see much room to advance into the real estate profession unless she networked liked crazy. It would be like, once an admin there, always an admin. Unless you go an get som licenses in real estate and really show the effort. She enjoyed the people she worked with and there are a lot of administrative jobs avaliable here, it seems.
